We will only use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., to collect payment).
We may contact you via email in the future to tell you about renewals, new products, or new services. We will never make unsolicited sales calls.

You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address provided on our website. You can not limit any type of sharing, since we do not freely share any of your personal information; other than parties that allow us to provide you our services.
In order to use this website, no direct site account is needed to access the contents. However, registration is required in order to take a class with us. During a class registration a user is required to provide certain information (such as name, phone, and email address). This information is only used to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. The User may choose to voluntarily create a scheduling account, which is optional, to keep track of their registrations.
We request sensitive information from you for payment when registering for a class. To complete and confirm registration, you must provide payment information (first and last name) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, Security Code, and Zip code). This information is used for billing purposes only and to confirm class registration. If we have trouble processing your payment, we'll contact you via the phone number provided.
We DO NOT share any of your information with our partners or advertisers. We also DO NOT email or call you for any marketing purposes.
We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond payment processing.
We use a third party company to provide you the scheduling services. When a user registers for a class, we will only share your name, email, or other basic contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. This party is not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing you the scheduling service. You will receive emails and/or may also receive text messages for class reminders before the scheduled class date. Please note that your phone company might charge you either text fees and/or roaming fees. This service is automated for all Users that register for a class.
We reserve the right to disclose your information in response to a subpoena or other judicial order. Also, when we believe that it is required by law, regulation or administrative order of any court, governmental or regulatory authority.
We take extra precautions to protect your personal information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected. We make sure our payment processor is PCI compliant.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer(SSL) technology. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon on your browser's URL address bar, or by looking for "https" at the beginning of the URL address of the web page. Unless the User voluntarily leaves the checkbox to save the payment information during registration. For security reasons, we recommend to have all users enter their financial information on every class registration.
